What this memo decides
This memo audits two source documents — the v2.0 Optimized Startup Profile and the ARCHON Ψ Master Briefing — against canon memories. Canon overrides all conflicts. Ten drifts are documented below, each with severity, canon source, and the canonical resolution that will be applied across the three downstream editions.
This is the source of truth for Layers A2, A3, and A4. Once this memo is ratified, the three editions will be built field by field against the resolutions documented here. No edition will introduce a claim that contradicts a resolution in this memo without your explicit reopening of A1.

Source claim
Both documents use Brandon Hines 001-Psi or 001-Psi as the founder identifier on external surfaces.

Founder seal language is ARCHON Ψ (HINES, B.) with privy mark Ψ̂-001. Glyph-stripping discipline requires the privy mark be removed from investor and Startups.com surfaces while keeping the ARCHON Ψ brand atomic.

Startups.com and NSF surfaces use "Brandon Hines · Founder, Waveform Tech LLC" with no privy mark and no Ψ̂-001 reference. Canon twin preserves the full Ψ̂-001 privy mark and ARCHON Ψ (HINES, B.) seal language.

Master Briefing cites 96.74% accuracy across 847 million neural patterns and 12,000+ neurofeedback sessions (CCQ correlation r=0.91). v2.0 echoes the same claim.

Actual pilot of record is IRB #2024-078, n=24, 23% TOVA improvement, p<0.05. The 847M / 12,000-session figure does not appear in canon memories and cannot be defended under NSF reviewer challenge.

All three editions cite IRB #2024-078, n=24, 23% TOVA improvement, p<0.05 as the empirical anchor. The 96.74% / 847M / 12,000-session figure is removed from every surface. If that figure derives from a paper you authored (Law of Semantic Energy preprint), the paper can be cited as a theoretical reference but the empirical claim cannot stand without IRB-grade backing.

Patent anchor is single filing ARAPA-BHINES-001P v2.0 (April 2026, in prosecution at The Rapacke Law Group). Andrew Rapacke handles claims strategy; Casey Goldenberg handles specification text. Four additional continuations are planned (multimodal, behavioral-only, privacy-preserving, economic mechanism) — none are filed yet.
Canonical resolution
Use exact language "ARAPA-BHINES-001P v2.0, filed April 2026, in prosecution" with honest-staging tag "Filed · In Prosecution". Mention the planned continuation portfolio only as forward-looking IP strategy on canon twin and (briefly, one line) on NSF edition. Do not claim "patents pending" plural until a second filing is actually filed.

Ritual BCIOS platform is BrainBit-integrated per canon. Performance benchmarks reference Wilson et al. 2010 (sub-30 ms BCI standard), Feng 2025 (FPGA EEGNet 4.2 ms), Casali et al. 2013 (PCI > 0.31, 92% accuracy), Doesburg 2009 (gamma coherence 30-50 Hz).

Use "BrainBit-integrated" on all three editions. Do not name Emotiv. NSF edition cites all four research benchmarks (Wilson, Feng, Casali, Doesburg). Startups.com edition uses a single line: "BrainBit-compatible EEG hardware integration in progress."

Trademark strategy sealed 2026-05-20 with Phillip Thomas Horton at Rapacke Law Group: CortexChain is the clean primary mark for USPTO registration in Classes 009 / 042 / 036. ARCHON has HIGH-risk conflict with ID Technologies LLC (SN 90237699, Reg 7062591, registered May 2023, Classes 009 AND 042). RITUAL BCIOS abandoned due to likelihood-of-confusion with existing RITUAL mark (SN 90133821, Reg 6980934, first use 2019). Brand architecture: CortexChain = registered parent; ARCHON Ψ = product line / trade dress (not registered word mark); IVY Writ = credential instrument.
Canonical resolution
All editions lead with
CortexChain, Inc. as the registered parent entity. ARCHON Ψ surfaces as the product line. Use "ARCHON Ψ™" with TM superscript where the brand appears, never ®. Waveform Tech LLC is the operating-entity layer below CortexChain. Do not surface RITUAL or RITUAL BCIOS on any external edition. On NSF, use "closed-loop brain-interfaced operating system" as the descriptive category name.

No canon memory references Founder University. NVIDIA Inception (Q4 2025 Healthcare & Life Sciences track) and NSF SBIR Phase I (invited applicant, not funded) are documented. Founder University is not.

Default action — REMOVE all references to Founder University from all three editions pending your verification at this gate. If you confirm membership (program name, enrollment date, tier) in chat, the claim will be restored on Startups.com only with honest-staging tag matching the NVIDIA Inception treatment.

v2.0 changelog declares "Ritual" was "removed throughout" (zero occurrences). Master Briefing appendix still cites Ritual BCI OS: The Sovereign's Declaration as a published Substack manuscript.

Both Ritual references collide with the trademark abandonment decision (Drift 5). RITUAL BCIOS cannot appear on any external surface. The Substack manuscript exists historically but cannot be cited under the abandoned brand title on external surfaces.

Scrub all "Ritual" mentions from all three external editions. Where the Substack manuscript needs citation, refer to it by descriptive category ("Neural Capitalism founding manifesto, Substack 2026") not by the abandoned brand name. Canon twin preserves the historical abandonment record for internal audit trail.

NSF SBIR Surface Discipline: keep VOLTS, tokenomics, ERC-20, Polygon, cryptocurrency, on-chain settlement off NSF-facing surfaces. Quarantine to single paragraph under "Future Commercial Architecture" or defer to Phase II commercialization. Core science (ORICA, PINNs, Semantic Energy, PCI, gamma coherence, sub-30 ms closed-loop) carries the application independently.
